Reduce Your Breast Cancer RiskPosted at October 16, 2018 by admin on category Doctors Are Dangerous, TheZapperBlog
Eat Fruit and Vegetables
There have been innumerable studies linking breast health with the plentiful consumption of vegetables and fruits. One study found 48 percent less breast cancer among enthusiastic vegetable and fruit eaters. The International Journal of Cancer reported a significantly reduced risk of breast cancer among those on high potassium diets. Apricots, bananas, avocados, figs, raisins, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin kernels and tomato paste all have extremely high levels of this important mineral.
There are, of course, other factors involved. People who eat lots of fresh food are less likely to pig-out on junk food, and that will substantially lessen their likelihood of getting breast cancer, or any other cancers.
Live a Tranquil Life
There is a profound connection between stress and breast cancer. Stress comes in a variety of forms. You can have emotional stress, for example money, work or relationship worries. You can also have physical stress. For instance, not getting the sleep you need can make it hard for your body to do what it needs to do. An illness can put stress on organs and other parts of your body. The numerous toxins our bodies have to deal with in our day to day lives. If you find it difficult to cope, you may well find it worthwhile to learn meditation.
Make Exercise a Rule of Life
Take a daily walk. If it’s raining, don a raincoat and boots, or use a rebounder indoors if you have one. If not, walk smartly in place in a well-aired room, while breathing deeply. Just 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each day is good for your health and 60 minutes can reduce your risk of developing cancer. There is evidence to suggest that the more exercise you do, the lower your risk – especially if this is more vigorous physical activity.
Sun Yourself Regularly
Get out in the sunshine regularly, without sunscreen, to absorb the crucial vitamin D that will protect your breasts and your whole body from cancer. It is known that vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) inhibits the growth of tumours, and that UV light is needed for synthesis of D3 in the body. This means exposure without sunscreen, at least three times each week. If you live in an area with little intense sunlight, be sure to supplement with vitamin D3.
Take a Selenium Supplement Daily
All countries with high concentrations of selenium have extremely low cancer rates. Australian soil is extremely low in selenium.
Research has been shown that selenium can contribute to natural antioxidant pathways which stimulate apoptosis (cell death) in human cancer cells. It has also been found to reduce metastasis in skin cancers such as melanoma.

Drink Pure, Fluoride-free Water
F. Batmanghelidj, MD, in his book, Your Body’s Many Cries for Water, says that chronic dehydration contributes to the development of breast cancer. “The breast,” he explains, “is a water-secreting organ… If a woman already has breast cancer, drinking plenty of water will assist with any therapy by flushing out toxins… If you want to prevent metastasis from occurring, it is urgent that you drink enough water. If you don’t, your breast may suffer horribly because of its unique role in supplying fluids.”

Wear a Soft Brassiere – or None at All
Have you ever noticed how red the areas around your breasts are after removing your bra? This is a sign that the bra has slowed the lymph flow, which is crucial for filtering out the toxins that naturally collect in the breast. Without this lymphatic drainage, your breasts cannot keep themselves healthy. There have been some exceedingly persuasive studies that concluded that the more hours each day you wear a bra, the likelier you are to suffer from breast cancer. Some women actually sleep in their bras, and their risk is high.
Boned bras were replaced by wired bras years ago, and they are even more dangerous because of the way the wires dig in and compress the flesh. My advice is to go bra-less as much as possible. When you must wear one, remove it as soon as you get home, and only wear soft ones.
William Campbell Douglass, MD, writing in Wise Traditions, makes this suggestion: “Take Lugol’s solution (iodine) daily in a glass of water. Iodine is excellent for breast health. A few people are allergic to it, so observe closely for rash after the first dose. An even more effective treatment with Lugol’s Solution is to paint the cervix with it. Often the breast lumps will disappear before the patient leaves the doctor’s office.” I like the old-fashioned, non-invasive sound of this, but can you get your doctor to do it? Progressive doctors will, and many recommend that women take 3–8 drops of Lugol’s Solution per day, for breast health, as well as for cancer prevention.
Breastfeeding is not only best for babies; it also protects their mothers from breast cancer, especially if a woman breastfeeds for longer than 1 year. Women who breastfeed have fewer menstrual cycles throughout their lives, and therefore less exposure to estrogen, which has been shown to fuel some types of breast cancers.
